Here's how I'll help you get started

  • Exclusive access to my co-host lead pipeline. My company Hospy Homes regularly receives co-hosting requests for markets we don't serve. You'll get first access to these leads to help you get your first client.

What do I know about MTR co-hosting?

My company Hospy Homes manages over 25 mid term rentals in and around Los Angeles. We started in 2017 with the rental arbitrage strategy and scaled to 13 doors in 2019, allowing me to quit my W2. Since 2020, we've pivoted to a property management focus where we manage MTRs and STRs for our clients.

I have a team of 6, including 2 overseas remote employees, and the systems in place allowing me to spend most of my time working on the business rather than in the business.
